Attend our events

We host a number of events throughout the year across Scotland, why not join us at one. We do farm Walk & Talks, which are a great way to get off your own farm and hear how other farmers are doing things. We also have Blether Together Live events, usually held in an evening and always with great banter. Find out more on our events page, here.

Tell your story

Whether it is a podcast or in written format, if you have an interesting farming or crofting story to share, that also integrates wellbeing, we would love to hear from you. Our research is showing that stories are one of the most impactful ways of engaging more people in Farmstrong.

Join your local Farmstrong Community Group

We're setting up local Farmstrong community groups to allow for regular peer-to-peer interaction by way of social meets and events to boost social wellbeing.  All communication will be through a WhatsApp group, organised from within the group by its members.  For more information about where we have set up groups, or if you are interested in setting up a group in your local area, contact the Community Engagement Specialist.

Leave a gift in your will

Leaving a gift in your will, of any size, to Farmstrong Scotland will help us to deliver a programme of activities to encourage farmers and crofters to improve their wellbeing so they can live well to farm and croft well.

If you decide to include Farmstrong in your will, you can leave a legacy of any size. Every donation makes a difference to the programme and the farmers and crofters that engage with it.

For more information, please contact our Programme Director.

Join the Farmstrong Community

It’s amazing just how far a few motivated people can spread a good idea. Since Farmstrong Scotland began, thousands of farmers, crofters and those involved in our sector across the country have helped spread the word. We know farmer-to-farmer messages are powerful, are listened to and work so we are looking for people to join the Farmstrong Community by signing up for free.

You can support the community in whatever way suits you best - helping at events, sharing your story, speaking to others about Farmstrong and sharing Farmstrong messages within your own community. Click on the button below to find out more and sign up.
