About the #NipItInTheBud Campaign
#NipItInTheBud is a national campaign from FCN that encourages people working in farming and rural communities to spot health concerns early and take action. The message is simple: do not ignore those small worries or put them off, because addressing issues sooner rather than later can make all the difference.
Farmers and crofters are often brilliant at looking after stock, land and business, but not always at putting their own health first. This campaign works to change that mindset, offering real stories, practical support and encouragement to start conversations that can sometimes feel difficult.
By sharing experiences like Catherine’s, #NipItInTheBud shows that you are not alone, and that seeking help early is a sign of strength, not weakness.
